What a fabulous stay! We spent two nights at Mas Palomas Concept House. We were warmly greeted by staff, and shown our room. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning good, and a lovely little pool. The whole hotel only has four rooms so you are well looked after. You are able to get breakfast and dinner (if you want) and the sister hotel around the corner. There is a loading bay outside to drop bags, and a private carpark to keep your car in. The staff communicate by Whatsapp if they aren't at the desk, and you are able to come and go as if its your own house. The hotel has been done up really beautifully. Even when we found our shower drain was blocked, the staff fixed when we went out for a walk our first evening, and we didn't have any more problems after that. The team also recommend a fabulous restaurant in Merida, and we are so grateful for how lovely they were! You are also only a short walk from central Merida, but just outside which means its very quiet at night.

Beautiful, new and tastefully decorated boutique property just outside the main area of Merida. We stayed in a balcony room which was huge and very comfortable. The cocktails and dinner menu (in particular the shrimp tostada) were delicious and well worth the cost. Friendly, helpful staff. It was easy to communicate with the concierge using WhatsApp. We also enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

It was a dream to stay in this hotel! The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The design of the hotel is exceptional well done! Everything was perfect, The room, the breakfast, the pool and the personalized service! I would not stay anywhere else in Merida if I would go back!

Great location, very well appointed room with all we needed. Friendly, helpful staff who wen above and beyond to make us welcome.our flight to MEX was moved back by 12 hours to 10 pm. The hotel was fully booked so a late check out form our room wasn’t possible. However the owner went above and beyond to move things around an allowed us to stay in a semi completed room without charge which was hugely appreciated.

Amazing hotel in a nice location. Friendly service from check in and check out staff, and also restaurant staff. Hotel and room is spotlessly clean with new furnishings. Room has a Lavazza coffee machine and pods, they also include a little pastry. I thought that was a nice touch. Room was quiet, and has a very comfortable bed, The bathroom has a huge bathtub and rain shower head. They also include organic shampoo, conditioner, body products from a local Yucatan company. In the morning there was a buffet breakfast with fruits, juice, cereal, bacon, eggs, hot cakes etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Beautiful. 10 stars.

The location was perfect. Easy to travel to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very polite. I would definitely go back and stay with my entire family the next time in Merida. The ambiance was great, too.
