The location is in a small Mayan village just outside the main town, which makes it a very peaceful hotel set in beautiful gardens. I spent the first day relaxing by the pool, reading and chatting with Idhel and Harry. Harry made a delicious dinner for my first night in Mexico, guacamole and ceviche served with a blue margarita. For breakfast, Idhel made me some huevos rancheros which were delicious. I felt pampered at this fantastic hotel and can't wait to go back and be pampered again.

Wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, the room was very clean and big, and everything you could need was in there (kitchenette, fridge, sofa…) The pool is so nice to chill, and the employees are very very friendly. We had a problem with our car, and Cristina helped us to find a garage and did the translation with her phone as our spanish was not good. Highly recommended!

This was one of those pleasant surprises we sometimes get on a trip. This hotel feels like an oasis amidst the chaos that can be some Mexican cities. Valladolid doesn't have much to offer, but this hotel is located on the city's main, if not only, tourist street, which is closed to cars at night and transforms into a pleasant promenade, full of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. It's truly charming. The hotel is very quiet; it's a family-run property that has been adapted to accommodate guests. Everything is very calm, quiet, and peaceful. The pool is a good size for the hotel, and there are few guests. It's excellent for a dip after a day of touring attractions like Chichen Itza, especially in the heat of this region. The room is nice, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is well-equipped, and you can tell they care about welcoming guests. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Firstly, as soon as you sit down at the table, the children's meals are served (juice, hotcakes, eggs, and bread). Then they take the adults' orders, and the standard breakfast includes a generous portion of fruit, yogurt, and granola, as well as an equally generous selection of hot dishes, including Mexican specialties and standard egg and omelet options. The food at this hotel is very good! I recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
