This hotel is conveniently very close to the Merida airport. It is a very clean, comfortable hotel with a lovely pool and nice rooms. The restaurant is very good. You can eat indoors or outdoors. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of my group of 12 (7 rooms). For the location and the quality, it is reasonably priced.

Smooth check in, good WiFi,safe parking.good A/C,hot water. We also like the new colour of the building. The lady at reception was very polite and helpful.

Fantastic hotel. This colonial-style villa is splendid and very private. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked the room, it was clran and everything worked propertly, the lack of phone and coffe machine was not so good

Casa Querida is a real gem. The design is stunning — every detail feels considered, with a stylish aesthetic that sets it apart. It sits a little away from the busy centre, which actually works in its favour; the neighbourhood feels calm and residential, yet everything is easily walkable. Having Santiago Park nearby is a lovely bonus, perfect for a morning stroll. The whole experience left such a good impression that I’m already looking forward to going back. Highly recommended for anyone wanting somewhere with genuine character.

We booked last minute due to the place we were booked in at being absolutely awful. This place was relatively cheap but looked at least better than where we were. We were absolutely blown away by everything about this place. The room was amazing. Breakfast - which is simply described as eggs, toast and coffee - was amazing and needs to be sold better. We had a lovely time. We used the laundry service and that was excellent too.

It was an amazing and magic place, a little gem near the city centre of Merida! Don’t miss this place when you are travelling around Merida, a real MUST!!

Very comfortable bedroom with espresso machine.

Gorgeous facility, nice location close to the center. Super super sweet staff 🩵

Nice location, directly across the ADO bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and check in went smooth. The room is cleaned daily and the ac works well

Air conditioning, ease of access, size of the room, large shower.

The room was excellent. I had a bit of trouble with the A/C, it didn´t quite cool as it should have. The pool was excellent.

the breakfasts were special. very original, very creative and very tasty. don't miss the perfect margaritas!! the design of the room and the public areas is beautiful and you can tell the owners really care about the guests experience. everything is clean and shiny. we really enjoyed our stay there and these few days in the hotel felt magical. most important - the owners are managing the place by themselves (with some help of course) so you can also get a chance to meet the most adorable couple - sara & neil. they were both so professional and so helpful - we really loved them. they are also great foodies who knows there way around the place. to make a long story short - this place is highly recommended. do your self a favor & don't miss it.

The pool was the only thing that kind of look like the pictures
