The owner is a very nice, warm person who adores dogs. He allowed us to check in early and also to have late check out. All the staff working there is súper nice. The cabaña with ocean view is a fantastic choice. So romantic but also tasteful. We had a wonderful time.

The breakfast was great and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. Over all very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to hotel manager Ricardo and Adrian who worked in the reception when I arrived.

Perfectly located. Beautiful. Comfortable. Could check in early! Owners are super welcoming! You can hear the ocean at night from ur bed and have the wind coming in. Truly amazing.

The location was in walking distance to the beach , restaurants, and to the downtown square. The facilities were very clean and new. I like spending time in the balcony and at the pool. It was relaxing and very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay here at Hotelio in El cuyo..quiet area..Great hosts..our room (Coral) was a comfy king bed and large fridge ...nice continental breakfast..and their dinner menu is excellent Italian dishes..would recommend it..and thanks for hosting us for 3 nights..

We were lucky to have returned for a second stay and it was the perfect place to spend a relaxing Christmas break. The staff were excellent as ever, especially Aranza who always looks after us so well.

The perfect place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed 8 nights at Casa Baloo and it was the best choice ever! Lucy, the host, is the kindest, most helpful host you could wish for. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted. The rooms are clean and comfy. The pool is lovely. The food in the restaurant is delicious and offered authentic Mexican cuisine as well as other treats. My favourite thing was the roof terrace - views over the lagoon, the jungle and the chance to watch the sunrise and sunset !! If you’re going to Mexico, Casa Baloo is an excellent choice of where to stay. 100% recommended 😍

Our second stay here and we upgraded to the apartment/suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Very pleased with it!

Lovely hotel in the very center of El Cuyo. Easy communication with Laura and great recommendations. Steps from what you can consider a boring beach in Mexico. We enjoyed the rooms, the rooftop kitchen to prepare our breakfast. We haven’t used the pool.
