Super nice hostel! The rooms was fresh (AC and fan work well) and the bathroom was clean. The common areas and the pool were super convenient in the heat, and the breakfast was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Just a lovely little spot hidden away. Grounds were gorgeous even better in person. The reception (Alejandro and Kitchen staff went above and beyond!) So kind, and super informative. Always there to help you. Rooms were perfect, beds very comfortable and linens were great! It had a very old world charm, which we love and if we ever visit beautiful historic Merida again, we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

It is really really superb. The owner is there every day and he really cares about the guests. The hotel is beautiful, the interior design is amazing. They had contact to a really good tour organizer which was much cheaper than anything on tripadvisor and the tours were great.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the downtown of Merida. Besides the beautiful architecture, detailed interior design, spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful mattresses and quietness, the service is one of the kindest and attentive we’ve encountered. Everyone was amazingly available, since our late arrival at 1 am, fulfilling all our requests and preparing our meals at the previously agreed time (punctually to the very minute). We’re great fans of small boutique hotels and this one has definitely won our hearts. Highly recommended ❤️

All of the staff really made our stay the best. They truly go above and beyond and I really made friends, I feel. Rudy, Eduardo and Mauricio are the best! We had a late flight getting in and an early flight getting out and they were able to arrange a ride for us. Truly the loveliest people. The food at the restaurant is also good.
