Everything about the place, food, reception and room's,all was excellent

It’s clean & has good view

Hospitality and the cleanliness of the rooms

The location and quiet is the most interesting thing in this place.

Hotel is modern and renovated, location is pretty nice, next to shopping center and some restaurants, room service is also nice and tasty

The staff was so accommodating and helpful during our overnight stays. Take the time to learn some of the Shangaan basic phrases and see all the staff and locals appreciate your effort. The food was excellent and the views amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

The service, location, restaurant, wifi

It's an old colonial-style place kept to the best standards of Serena hotels and features probably the best restaurants in town. The seafood, traditional African cuisine, and the open terrace bar are exceptional. The location of the place enables customers to reach out to local sightseeing and curious markets within walking distance.

The hotel was very nice with spacious rooms. Felt like it offered a lot for the price point! Affordable airport transfer which is not the case at a lot of hotels in Maputo.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice!

Good location. Great staff, very helpful. Comfy bed. Good wifi.

The convenient location is the only thing going for this place.

As a non-Portuguese speaker, the staff remained friendly and offered excellent facilitation despite the language barrier. I also had dinner at the restaurant and I would rate it 8/10 (The Batata and chicken).

Nothing really. At least the wifi worker well.

The hotel is very modern and beautiful, i would definitely be staying there in future

The people who work they was very friendly
