A very welcoming camping site, quiet, clean and not far from different interesting places we wanted to visit, especially Amsterdam, the north coast and Holland in general. Utrecht is just a stones throw away. The bungalow was spacious, luminous and well-equipped. We had tasty pizzas at the restaurant and a nice little gift at our arrival. The receptionist was very helpful as well.

What did I like? Everything. What an absolute gem of a property. I was hesitant to write this review, as I selfishly don't want more people to find out about Villa Trompenberg. But yea, the place is simply phenomenal. Really cool old house converted into a boutique hotel. Everything you could want from an accommodation and then some. Large, elegant, spotlessly clean, comfortable room. Bikes available for hire. Fully stocked 24 hour food and drink offerings in the reception / kitchen. Easy everything; check in, bike hire, coffee on demand, honesty bar, check out. The daughter in the family that owns the property was there in the morning making eggs to order for the guests, and chatting with her a bit was a total bonus highlight. Honestly one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've ever had.

Overall we had a really good experience. As a group of 6, with 2 small children, we had everything we needed. Too bad we couldnt make use of the swimmingpool because of the weather, but the facilities were great. It was also very convenient for us that the Centerparcs facilities (like restaurants and minimarket) were on walking distance.

The room was very clean, spacious enough, the beds were a bit narrow, but they were comfortable. The building is situated in the very centre of the old town, with the beer garden overlooking the canal. Very friendly, helpful staff - it would be 10 out of 10, if not for the lack of the toilet in the room (but we knew about it in advance). I'm definitely gonna stay there again.

The hotel is located in a main square which has a lot of options for food and drink. Nice market in the square on a Saturday too. The square is a 20 minute walk from the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a really nice breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel is very clean and very quiet. Amersfoort is a really nice city too. Some great restaurants and bars in the city. Close to Utrecht and not far from Amsterdam either. Fairly central in the country

We loved the silence around the place, and the privacy. We found parking the car easy. The city Baarn was very lovely, the house is walking distance from the city center (10 minutes). The house offered everything you may need, from Coffe ( we loved it) to Dish washer and baby equipment. There are even some rabbits at the entrance.

It was a great apartment more than enough for me and my father, we were visiting Baarn for the Royal Park live at Paleis Soestdijk and we brought our bikes which made the location perfect!
