Great hotel, very clean and standardised. Super convenient if you’re going to a concert at the Ziggo Dome – it’s just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Oscar and Martha (if I remember from those name tags correctly) at the reception. Their warm welcome and genuine smiles made the stay even more enjoyable.

Location and design of the room. The view from the window is amazing.

Great hotel next to major venues in Amsterdam. Great access to public transit. The hotel itself is nice, modern and clean. I loved the room and the little "lounge" in front of the windows was my favorite place to be! The self check-in and out was super convenient, especially if there's lots of other guests.

Amazing location near the stadium and concert halls, clean, and good price

The staff was pleasant, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. We particularly liked the bathroom which had both shower and a bathtub. The hotel is very close to the Ziggo Dome arena where we went to a concert, it was a 5 minutes walk (which was the primary reason why we chose this place). It was also a great location to explore other parts of Amsterdam. Overall, we were happy with our stay and we would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and the Bijlmer ArenA was just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked croissants, waffles, pain au chocolat, and more! I stayed here for a concert at the Ziggo Dome, and booking this hotel was an excellent decision due to its proximity to the arena. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks! Good place with comfort beds, near to metro station. Easy checkin, fast elevators, kittle, fridge, all you need. A little bit strange facilities in a bathroom, 'couse there are 3 bottles with the same soap, shampoo and bathgel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is ideally placed befween Schipol airport (35 mins from nearby Bijlmer Arena) and 20 mins or so from Centraal Amsterdam. The Metro is 4 mins walk from the hotel. My only objection with the metro is that it stops running at midnight from Central Amsterdam. There is also local supermarket chains like Albert Heijn close by to do your shopping to save money. If you like football, the infamous Johan Cruijff arena is one stop away at Biljmer Arena. As far as the room, it was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with hygiene products. The staff were extremely helpful as I checked in very late and they assisted me as best they could. In summary I would recommend Hotel Levell to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel with great amenities to stay at that’s close to central Amsterdam .

Perfect !!! High tech room, adorable staff, comfortable rooms and very nice shower. Very quiet. 2 suggestions : lower the temperature (i set at 20 but still 22 in the room) and add plug close the beds (actually there is only USB-A on the lamp) Loved it.

Great hotel in excellent location - we liked everything about our stay. The staff was polite and helpful, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a lot of options, and was delicious. The hotel is located a little outside of the city center, but the metro station is right across the street, so going around was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We've never stayed in a Mercure hotel before, but we definitely will in the future. The room was amazing, the staff was very kind. The hotel is just outside of the city, but it's close to the public transport. We were positively surprised due to the great price. Very good experience!

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The metro Sparklerweg was less than five minutes away from the hotel. The metro is directly connected to Amsterdam Centraal.
