What a true gem this is. Set in a Napoleon style army barracks, the building has been well preserved both inside and out. The room I had was spacious, decorated in a modern way, with plenty of free coffee and amenities. The member of staff who escorted me to the room was also very professional and friendly. The room was very calm and I slept very well. Moreover, the breakfast on offer was fantastic, not over the top, not too little, but just the correct amount to be satisfied. I would absolutely come here again if I return to Breda.

I reserved a single room and although it was really small, it was all I needed. Wifi was amazing, the location was peaceful. Breakfast delicious, just maybe not a lot of choice for such a price. The staff was probably the nicest staff I have encountered and I travel a lot for work.

The apartment is wonderful, just as you see them in the photographs. A perfect place to stay in Breda. Richard was a very nice host and he even gave us the keys to the back of his restaurant to leave our luggage. Also, they left a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge as a token of hospitality. Possibly, the best private apartment we have ever been to.

Fabulous place to stay in the heart of beautiful Breda. Jürgen is a gentleman and kindly accommodated our early arrival and slightly later departure. The accommodation has been finished to a high standard with no expense spared on every aspect. Whilst some may find the stay a little expensive I believe you get what you pay for, probably the only place in the city with a jacuzzi and a sauna. As a treat or an occasional whilst in Breda ...probably the best place you could wish to stay. Thanks Jürgen for a wonderful stay we will definitely stay again.

Breda is a lovely city with a beautiful historic centre, cosy cafés, and a relaxed atmosphere. We especially enjoyed walking around the city and discovering the charming streets. The only downside was that some areas were quite busy, and parking was not always easy.

I spent my time focused on the World Masters Hockey...

I spent my time focused on the World Masters Hockey Tournament held at BHV Push Breda, so virtually no sightseeing. I used the excellent public bus system exclusively, and the service was always timely. Traffic was always light, and the system of bus lanes and bicyclwe lanes was iutstanding.

beautiful river by the train station, very walkable city, lot of variety and a GREAT museum - world class. Dutch history is nothing short of amazing! Huge park absorbs dozens of activities, very nice outdoor restaurant...not actually safe after dark tho. Breda is the "heart of Holland"

It is a nice and clean city, I have only travelled here for work so I haven't had much time to explore, but you can always find beautiful parks, delicious foods and cool bars. And it seams like there is plenty to see if you don't have to spend most of your stay at work events :)

Breda it is a cozy town in southern Netherlands, it has a small "medieval" core with a market square near the church plenty of restaurants and bars that will suit you. There are also at least two good places for greek and turkish cuisine worth to try, as well as home made gelateria and bakery shops! It is also a very good conexion hub for both train an buses, which will conect you to the main nearby airports (Schipol, Buxelles, Eindhoven) as well as main cities and nearby atractions (eg Kinderdijt, castles, key towns)

Breda is a lovely place to visit. Lots of history, beautiful buildings and squares. cafes and eateries with a bustling nightlife. Also a good location to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside

The location by the station is good. Staff were welcoming and accommodating and checked us in early. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. It is a 10 minute stroll through the park to Breda centre historic and social centre. However late at night, that could be less pleasant. The hotel social areas were sparsely occupied and quiet by 10pm on a Tuesday. Didn't have breakfast but eating areas looked comfortable. Had a problem with a light switch but otherwise the hotel provided a restful clean comfortable stopover.
