Meike and Jan were lovely hosts, very friendly. The chalet was a perfectly equipped base for us to travel around Limburg and visit family and friends. The sunsets from the bottom of the garden were stunning. The garden is like a nature reserve with a kestrel, dragonflies, many little birds and a couple of frogs in the pond, which are all kept company by some quirky little statues. We loved it so much we have booked to go back next September.

Very welcoming place with wonderful outdoor seating, indoor living room/bar and spacious breakfast areas. Breakfast was to dy for!! Beds were very comfortable and room was meticulously clean. Hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me. Can’t wait to go back.

The warm welcome by, I think it was, the manager or owner. The beautiful christmas decorations throughout the hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed a lovely meal, a delicious local dish call zoervleisj (meat stew) paired with a nice bottle of red. The rooms were clean and functional room with comfy beds. Thorn is a picturesque little town with an interesting history. We stayed here on our way to the Cĥristmas market in Monschau. It is very conveniently located as it is close to Maastricht and Roermond as well. We'll be coming back for sure.

The appartement was spacious and it was very well equipped.my toddler loved it.heating system,shower,dishwasher and a dryer which is extremely good.all cookware was available.was but too cold to sit outside but they had nice patio heater that made it quiet possible.staff very helpful restaurant was amazing.the walks there very nice with the view.and it is very secured location.plenty of space for kids to play and a swimming pool access.

A fantastic welcome from Fleur!

A fantastic welcome from Fleur! Thanks also to Mirjam and Koen for their hospitality and information on things to do in Stevensweert and the surrounding area. Wonderful accommodation with plenty of space for privacy and opportunities to meet other guests. Breakfast is absolutely delicious! Coffee and tea are always available. Plenty of local restaurants and bars are available.

Everything was perfect. Such a warm welcome. Wonderful stay. Very quiet location. Beautiful garden. The mattress is soft and the duvets are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including coffee and tea. The toilet and bathroom were also very clean and tidy. A beautiful garden perfect for relaxing and exploring. With a bit of luck, you might even encounter a hedgehog. FANTASTIC!

A very charming village, with a walking trail through the village itself. It's a short walk once you get there; it's not too far and not too long. The downside is that you need a car for a supermarket. There's also a local supermarket, but it was on holiday.
