Interior decoration was very nice, super kitchy and fun. Rooms were clean, bathrooms small and water pressure not great, but the stay was very comfortable. The place is an old military facility with a definite feel of isolation, but the guesthouse was so nice, so well decorated and so comfortable that you feel as if you're on a different planet almost. Very cool experience.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. This is probably one of our top 5 favorite places we have stayed out of 100s of places over 2 years of traveling. Definitely the best place we stayed in Norway. It was a beautiful and comfortable home, thoughtfully designed, very well fitted out, with comfy beds and a good kitchen to cook in. Our host was so lovely and welcoming, and we really appreciated the fresh baked bread! We also loved Bleik, the hike up Matind, and the local store which had pretty much everything you need to cook up some dinner (and great milkshakes!) 100% recommend, and we hope we can return one day!
