United StatesWe stayed in room #3. Lovely and quiet. The shared bathroom was spotlessly clean. The whole house was extremely tastefully decorated. The wood burning stove and candles supplied in the large living room made it a cozy and relaxing place to chat with other travelers. The kitchen supplies are high quality. The surroundings of the traditional fishing village of Veiholmen are simply stunning. If you have a little more time, skip the crowds of the popular Atlantic Ocean Road, come here!

Smøla is a wonderful island community with a rich history...
Smøla is a wonderful island community with a rich history and friendly people. It is great for biking, hiking and getting away from it all. It is easy to get to and easy to navigate around the island. It is a laid back community with limited night life options out of peak season but perfect for unwinding and enjoying a simpler life and time.

Smøla was a fun and interesting place.
Smøla was a fun and interesting place. Completely different from what we are used to coming from Eastern Norway. Was chosen a bit randomly but am very glad we visited the island. Would have liked to have had more time there.
