“The Unte Hotel is a living piece of Norway's history, but comfort has not been sacrificed. The husband and wife managers could not have been more lovely. Utne is the perfect base to explore the Hardangerfjord.”
“The rooms were delightful, light and airy. The staff was friendly. They went above and beyond what they needed to, to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They shared stories about the history of the hotel and surrounding area, which made our stay richer.”
“Probably one of the best hotels you can find in Norway. A real historic building, with its old charm and magic atmosphere, and beautiful views from the window. Staff is incredibly helpful and warming. The village itself is so relaxed and chilling - I wish we stayed longer here. It's a real pleasure to seat outside on the terrace, or in one of the old historic halls of the hotel. A perfect rest after the exhausting hike to Trolltunga.
You can park the car for free near the hotel, or if that space is full, in a place 2 minutes walk nearby.”
