I did like everything about the property. It has enough room, kitchen with s ask the cutleries I needed, kettle, coffee,washing machine, hot water shower , etc… The owners are super nice people and I will try to stay there again when back to Tromso.

Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was also in a great location everything was close by, so we could easily get everywhere. We can only recommend it.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this home. It didn’t feel like a typical rental at all — it truly felt like home. Warm, cozy, and full of thoughtful details that gave it a genuine, welcoming atmosphere. The view was incredible. On clear nights, you could even see the Northern Lights right from the window or from the lakeside — a truly unforgettable sight. But what really made the experience special was the host and his lovely children. They were incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and genuinely hospitable. The host was not only informative and helpful, but he also went out of his way to show me around the city. I was traveling alone for my birthday, and thanks to their kindness, it turned out to be one of the best birthday nights I’ve ever had.

Great stay at the cottage! The fireplace added to the atmosphere. Absolutely comfortable beds. A spacious kitchen where cooking was excellent. House was also super clean! 10/10 Top!!

It's a really good comfortable hostel about 15 minutes walking distance from the station and 5 minutes to the main street with all the shops. We were super lucky to be able to see the northern lights directly outside the hostel. We just randomly looked up and there it was! So happy with this hostel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Not to mention, the free coffee and cocoa machine is also a plus!

It worked for us, but the Cross Country Skiing wasn't the...

It worked for us, but the Cross Country Skiing wasn't the best because the tracks weren't cleared and the wind was blowing really hard. We did see the lights but not as well as we had hoped. We met a local gentleman and he literally made our stay. I wouldn't recommend it for seeing the lights necessarily. If you do stay there, you need a car.
