We had a lovely dinner at The Apple Shed, great service, friendly and enjoy our dinner.
Market on Sundays just before xmas to April.
Friendly people and a peaceful place to get away from the cities

We enjoyed the local restaurants .
We enjoyed the local restaurants .The fish and chips at the smoke house were delicious,as was the smoked snapper we took back to our lovely accomodation.The meal and customer service we experienced at Mapua India Eatery was first class.A great spot to base your self,as you are close to many locations

A great spot away from the hustle of the city.
A great spot away from the hustle of the city. The apartments are right next to the Wharfside shops and eateries ( highly recommend the fish and chip shop for yummy fresh gurnard meal - much cheaper than the restaurants.) Convenience store not far away. Would definitely come back again.

Alberta’s was the best breakfast ever!
Walking & biking is easy around Māpua. People are very friendly in this quaint place.

Our stay was outside Christmas, New Year and school holidays...
Our stay was outside Christmas, New Year and school holidays, so quiet.
Had no issues getting meals at Mapua Wharf, plenty to choose from.
Great base for Golden Bay and Nelson.
Love taking the ferry to Rabbit Island and biking.

Such a lovely welcome! Made sure we had all we needed, including offering milk.
Lovely location. 2 or 3 minutes to Mapua Wharf, slightly longer to the town centre.
Very clean, very well laid out.
Great heater! We went out for dinner with family, came back to warm unit.
Coffee machine and capsules, several options. Range of teas on offer.
We felt spoilt.

Very quiet and peaceful location with only 6 huts made for a relaxing environment. It was the perfect escape from the busy towns at the end of the day, while being only about 20 minutes away from Nelson. The huts are such a cool concept, beats a hotel room any day of the week!

Very restful private garden outlook. Handy to Mapua and wharf, with many eating options.
Apartment is spacious and very comfortable and very well stocked with the little extras you may not have packed.
It is always nice to get a decent sized bottle of milk in the fridge!
