We liked everything. Location is so quiet with everything you need: there are bus station, New World and other stores, some good places to eat. The spectacular mountains are so close, so beautiful. The property is so comfortable and cozy, nice and clean. The staff is amazing! So friendly and helpful. They helped us with some trip planning and valuable information. And big thanks for the mountain view and late check-out🥹❤️ Would definitely stay again.

Incredible view , spacious apartment

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, when I needed to be in a little early to prepare for a wedding they ensured it wasn't a problem.

New apartment, everything was just wonderful. Staff was above and beyond, even received parcels for me. Very thoroughly cleaned!

I loved the location and that the kitchen was fully equipped.

We love the view in our Lakeside room. We came here for our wedding and honeymoon, and we're so glad we chose Heritage Hotel. It was quiet and neat and the service was amazing! Also, it's just a few minutes walk with magnificent views around you to the town center. What we appreciate the most is how amazing all the staff is, for being so nice and helpful, especially the Filipinos we met, special shout out to Jeffrey, you are exceptional, and the rest of you guys. Thanks for everything and for looking after our luggage for a few days when we flew to Auckland. It was wonderful to have spent our most special moments with you!

we had been traveling for some weeks when we reached eichardts, so having laundry facilities in our apartment suite were an unexpected bonus. The nice kitchen also gave us the ability to cook some food items which we like without going out to a restaurant. The locaction of eichardts at the waterfront promenade was beautiful and got us close to all the local bars and tours. We were served a liesurly but excellent free breakfast in the eichardts bar. Great and helpful hotel staff. Queenstown on the wharf is so beautiful, dont go to the uphill accomodations

Clean and modern hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Fantastic location downtown. 2 minute walk to gondola, shops, restaurants. Famous Fergburger right around the corner.

Location, new, polite staff, comfortable beds, good quality bedding, courtyard, can control temperature, great shower.

Just on the middle of queenstown, very close to everything. The bed was great, facilities were amazing as well! Happy hour between 17-18 is awesome and they provide so many free stuff it was genuinely amazing experience We booked the place and called for parking space, they happily provided it (paid service) There are not many places to park so call and ask for one Would stay again!

Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast and pre-dinner canapés were delicious! Staff are the highlight of our stay, everyone was welcoming and made us feel at home.

Location is so convenient. Our manager Mr. Jonathan is pretty nice and offered us many help, room and facilities are all good, especially it is significantly silent even the hotel is just beside the main road.
