Somerset is literally our home away from home. Staff welcoming from check in to check out. Smiling, accommodating and friendly! The team are like Tito and Tita to our kids (esp. Jerry and Bong) Location is great near malls, restaurants and highway access. The one room suite is spacious, clean and had a balcony to hang clothes. We also availed of the restaurant and drinks in the evening. Escenscia is a fantastic massage/spa on site too! Special mention to Jed who resolved every request professionally with a smile

Customer service is exceptional in Acacia Hotel. Staff friendliness and willingness to give assistance in times of need is beyond my expectations. I got sick during my stay and receptionists organized a nurse to take me to the nearest medical center. It was very comforting knowing I was in safe hands. Hats off to all the staffs in Acacia Hotel
