No one will meet you when you arrive, and you will just sit there and wait for someone. But it’s not the worst: they may steal your money! Accidentally right before moving out I noticed a 50$ note between the bed and the wall. I checked my backpack, and it turned out that there’s no my 50$ note. So it was mine. But I definitely didn’t pull my money out during my stay. So I think it was their plan: they are afraid of stealing, so they just found money in the bag, pull them out and hide in that place, hoping that I won’t notice. And that I’ll leave without them, and then they can take it. Smart! But I was smarter :) left another note instead lol

Jose and jazz are extremely friendly and made us welcome. Our accommodation was very private and we were able to contact them via WhatsApp or Booking.com, messenger for orders, etc. Communication was excellent yet very private.

We did not make use of breakfast a lot. Coffee was great. Location was ideal - walking distance to my partner's daughter's school (PIS) and their relatives' homes. Also halfw between Naga city and Car Car city.

I stay 1 night in the accommodation which was perfect for that length of time. The host was nice and welcoming, explaining everything. The unit was spacious, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with the showèr with the lukewarm water, good AC in the bedroom (if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs as AC makes a noise), good fan in the livingroom, stable wifi, TV with Netflix, Disney, etc Good starting point to explore the island as there's a bus stop in a walkable distance. The unit is located in a new development area. There's still construction work going on in the area. Might be quite loud during the day (july 2025) but really quiet at night.
