No breakfast, location excellent

It's close to McDonald's, puregold, yellow cab pizza, Pungko2x foods, and self pampering (mani/pedi, salon) just outside. Since I arrived earlier and check-in is at 2:00, I left my stuff (luggages) in the storage room and went outside to explore. When I got back, my stuff was already in my room. In the morning, I left early from check-out time, so I left my things again in the storage room and collected them in the afternoon.

The apartment was spacious with good Air Conditioning and a hot water shower. Plus a fridge with a freezer section. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there are 24/7 armed security guards at the entrance. I felt very safe going to sleep each night. There's plenty of street food stalls and a sit down cafe (Carenderia) outside. A good breakfast for ₱100 or less than that.

The property is modern, clean and looks like the photos. The hotel is great and would recommend it to large groups. We were a party of 24. The 6 bed rooms included a small living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The included breakfast was good. Exceeded my expectations.

Good location in Cebu. Seems like a safer area and everything in close walking distance. Comfy room. Good price-quality.

Free mineral water at the ground floor

Almost everything. A small but very cozy brand new hotel with top class hotel and room amenities/fixtures. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, one of which with en-suite bathroom. Free on-site parking. Restaurants on ground floor. Staff were great. Fabulous hotel.
