* The resort is very beautiful and well maintained. * The rooms are large, clean and beautiful. * The staff is extremely kind and attentive. * There are 3 clean and supervised swimming pools, as well as security everywhere - we felt safe. * We had free access to the waterpark on 3 days, ideal for families with children also. * The breakfast buffet (included) and dinner buffet (18€/person) were varied and tasty (Sunday was our favorite: BBQ night) * Unlimited fresh water in the room daily. * Possibility to play golf for free, gym and discounts on massage (very nice and recommended). * Two free excursions, to a sandbar near the hotel and to a beach approx. 1h30 * Some evenings we received from the hotel free desserts in the room, a very sweet surprise Special thanks to the managers, Ms. Annissa, Ms. Fritzie and Mr. Alberto who were very responsive to our requests and found solutions to all our wishes, to Carlo, wonderful service and even better company, he made us feel cared for in our days by the pool and to Juanito - Security - who does an amazing job, always with fresh energy, no matter if it’s day or night.
