This hotel exceeded all expectations! Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a wonderfully large bed and a truly stunning view encompassing the entire property and the sea. The private bathroom was generously sized, and the Wi-Fi, TV, AC, and hot shower all worked flawlessly. The hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We've stayed in many resorts, but this one stands out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, and there's a bar outside and a mini-bar in the room. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary water in the room's fridge, with free refills. Free coffee and tea were also provided, with refills available upon request from housekeeping. Housekeeping automatically replenishes everything if you request their service; otherwise, you can request refills at the front desk. (Alcoholic beverages are not included, of course).

A place that I wanted to keep as a secret… this place is just magical ! Located in the middle of a rice field and 3 minutes from my favorite Nacpan beach! The villa is very clean, the garden is amazing, the breakfast was delicious and good quality! And the team, they are the most kindest people I have encountered You need to walk like 2 mins from the main road but the staff will assist you, they even contacted me 3 days before my arrival! Highly recommend this place! Such a beautiful energy

We had an amazing stay at Atalaya resort. It was our first hotel in El Nido and it did live up to expectations. Cosy room with nicely chosen materials and a seperate bedroom with very comfortable beds and silent A/C. Best part of the room was the splendid view over the bay. I also want to mention the friendly staff, chef Bautista and manager Nicolas. They all are doing a great job to make you feel at home. Another thing worth to mention is the cleanliness of the hotel in general. You can tell that they had eye for details when designing the rooms, buildings and surrounding garden. Would love to go back to the same place in a few years just to see how the garden will transform in a lush green jungle. The restaurant serves high quality food which is delicious and well-presented. It's the perfect place to spend the day or come back after visiting some beaches or doing activities in EL Nido town. Highly recommend.

"We booked mountain view rooms. Right next door is the beach, so we just walked out. Two middle-aged men, no wives, standing at the shore, three seconds of silence, then both of us said at the same time: good call. Sunmai’s wood-fired pizza. I had zero expectations for pizza in the Philippines. It was actually really good. We ordered two. The first round of beers wasn’t very cold, but we asked for ice and glasses and got on fine. The beach dogs are worth a mention. Most of the time they’re just lying in the sun. Occasionally a couple will get into it with each other and make a lot of noise, which can catch you off guard. A few of them are very friendly and will follow you around hoping for food. The free sun loungers for guests, we spent a whole afternoon on them doing absolutely nothing. Can’t remember the last time I did that."

We weren't expecting how great the hotel is. The room was huge with a beautiful view to the mangrove. Staff extremely helpful. We felt so welcome that it was hard to leave. Couldn't have chosen better.

Jenna and Dean are wonderful hosts! They put together an incredible team at the guests’ disposal, which made my stay truly memorable. The location of this hotel, right on the beach and surrounded by a fishermen’s village, is what moved me the most. By staying at this hotel, you are helping the local community. I truly experienced what it is like to live in an isolated village, surrounded by countless children; it was incredible to disconnect and reflect. For nature lovers, the beach is a turtle nesting site; if you are lucky, you may see some at dusk.
