The staff was so friendly. It is located right next to the ocean. The room was excellent. They did laundry service for me at an extremely affordable price. They have a full time kitchen staff that is extremely accommodating. I had the best time possible there. It's by far the most luxurious place on the island. I took so many pictures of just the hotel during my vacation. I loved it. Please use this review for advertising them.

I absolutely loved the women that owned the RGE hotel, she was kind, sweet and thoughtful. I could see her vision of what she wanted in a vacation place to stay. It was minutes from a great beach. As well I felt very safe and it was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend it and stay there again. Some of the buildings on the property were still under construction, like the restaurant and the function hall and I can't wait to see it when it's done.

I like that the basic single room had everything I needed - a bed side table, another table and chair with mirror, hangers, slippers, a trashcan in the main room and 1 in the toilet, wifi, tv,, soap and shampoo. Even the switch to the room's light was located beside the bed where you didnt have to stand to turn it on and off. The bedsheets were clean and cushion was comfortable. The room was quiet and I had good sleep. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The guard helped me take my luggage to my room on the 3rd floor. It was strategically located near the Ormoc port with restaurants nearby. Value for money. It was actually beyond my expectation. I'm very happy, I booked Red Doorz Ormoc even if it was last minute. I would definitely come back...
