There are a handful of lively restaurants, shops and little cafes and bars but not an abundance to make it feel overwhelming or like a party place by any means. Most people are having a relaxed, good time and it feels like a good safe atmosphere. The local people also just seem to be around to help and make their own living rather than hassle or harass tourists. It was a great balance. Hire a motorbike or tricycle for the best ways to get in and out of the town. Enjoy the beach!

Best for people seeking days off from hectic schedule and stress from work. The place is serene and locals are honest and accommodating. The tourism office in Sta. Fe is really doing great in creating a system on how locals play their roles as tour guides as well as hosts to tourists and foreign travellers.

We absolutely loved it.
We absolutely loved it. We wished we had booked 5 days instead of 3. We loved riding our scooter around and the beaches are stunning like something out of the Caribbean. The mangroves are beautiful too! Octobg cave is nice but it’s really small but the beach there is beautiful and there’s good size pools there too! Food and drink is so cheap in Santa Fe also!

Santa Fe is like a paradise.
Santa Fe is like a paradise. White fine sand and clear blue water. But people living there should take good care of their environment mostly the sea and the creatures living there. When we did the snorkelling we were sad to see only few fishes. If you are looking to see for underwater livings, we recommend the Hilantagaan Marine Sanctuary for snorkelling.

I love that it still has that little town charm, and not as commercialized as boracay... getting around was easy coz we brought our own car... but travelling around shouldnt b a problem since there are motor bikes and tricycles around... do book the hotels that are FAR from the port, since they have clean clear waters... (and the govt should do something about the dirty waters at the port area) Will be coming back for the SUP and island hopping
