Great service, nice location Very good breakfast! EV charging 👍

Very cozy hotel. Tasty food. Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Ukrainian men at the restaurant. The location wasn’t excellent for us, as we were skiing ~35 minutes drive away, but managed it. Its depends what are you off for.

Great location comfortable and the staff or lovely thank you Dawn

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Very clean. Great comfortable rooms.

Clean and the staff friendly and supportive to all guests

Very good jacuzzi and breakfast! Quiet and nice place.

The hotel was amazing so nice food pool area restaurant all fabulous

The room was incredibly clean! The shower was lovely to use, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is so close to everything and is perfect location, we had breakfast included, and it was so so lovely! You had the option of ordering other things, too, but we were happy with what we had! The staff were very friendly and very professional! There was someone on the front desk at all times, we had to check out very late/early morning and there was someone at the desk and there was no hasselt. The rooms were lovely and warm at all times, but wasn't uncomfortably warm, so being out in the snow/hikeing and coming back to a warm room was fab, you were also able to reajust the heating/ cold air. brilliant service when I come back I will 100% staying again!

Wonderful location with beautiful view, especially the rooms with balcony, the restaurant is very nice elegant, the food is also nice.

I have nothing to say it was nice experience to stay in your hotel

Well located for bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with a large section on offer. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful allowing us to leave our luggage on our last day by reception and calling a taxi when we went to visit the therme spa.

Hotel, location, staff, spa & welness centre.... everything was unexpected. I would like to come back 😊

Warm, spacious rooms, hearty breakfast. We hope to come back one day!

Christmass decoration of hotel , breakfast

Very polite staff, good breakfast, cool spa zone, clean room

Breakfast was great, we were pleased with the variety of food. The room was clean and quiet. The view from the balcony is really nice (3rd floor), even for the cheaper room without the view on the mountains. Big and convenient parking. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the center of Zakopane by car. Spa zone is good.

We loved everything about Hotel Sabala. Its position at the heart of Krupowki Street with a bus stop within 3 minutes walk and a short walk from the Gubalowka Funicular, its decor, the room and also the facilities. The minute we stepped into this beautiful hotel we knew we were in for a positive experience. We really enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast with a nice range of local specialities. The breakfast room was also so nicely decorated for Christmas.

Clean and simple, so it was great. Breakfast was super.

everything was just above standards, it is a top choice to experience Zakopane.

The staff was extremely accommodating at the best staff I have ever encountered in any hotel! Would definitely recommend and re stay just because of the lady at the front desk so helped us in anything we needed and always had a great attitude.

Excellent breakfast, with very good location

Amazing spa, nice rooms, breakfast choice was huge and delicious. A la carte restaurant also served delicious meals. Very cosy stay
