The hotel was lovely and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Wictoria at the reception, who was warm, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with everything – from arranging transfers to offering great recommendations that made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Her genuine care and professionalism stood out every single day. Also, a big thanks to Lukas, the manager, who was equally friendly with warm smile, approachable, and always made sure we felt welcomed and looked after. You can tell that the entire team works with heart. We left with the best impressions and so much gratitude. We’ll definitely be back – and recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Great atmospheric hotel, with a luxury vibe of the past. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable mattresses. A little far from the old city center, hence quiet and serene.

The property was ok though the bathroom not that handy for non disabled people. Were mostly designed for people with disabilities 🤔

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

Close to center, good public transport, nice and helpful personel in the hotel, comfy bed. My wife left her sunglass in the room and they found it for us after check out. Thank you!

A quiet place in a peaceful area, beautiful and tidy.

The hotel was very charming, beautiful, clean, good decoration and friendly staff. Good location also, just 10 min walk from the main square. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a very central part of Krakow. Very close to the city square and very close to all the shops. In front of the hotel there's a tram stop which is very convenient to travel around the city. The rooms of the hotel are very comfortable and equipped with essential amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, iron and very good showers cubicles with warm water. The breakfast is abundant and offers a variety of food. I must not forget to praise the staff especially the reception people which are very helpful in all ways. We needed to book transportation from the hotel to the airport which they took the responsibility to do so. Plus that they were very helpful whenever we needed to ask something. I highly recommend this hotel to whoever is going to visit Krakow.

We like Hampton by Hilton breakfasts, but this hotel was super breakfasts, very fresh, a lot of options.

Lovely, clean, and cozy hotel located near a beautiful park with incredible fountains — a must-see if you're staying at the hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a restful stay. There's a tram stop right in front of the hotel, offering easy access to the historical city center in just 10 minutes. The breakfast is very good, and free parking is available right in front of the building. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Krakow. I would be happy to come back again!

Location and quiteness and very clean

Perfect location to access major places of interest by foot and near train station to take any longer drive. Rooms are well prepared and equipped with the necessary in a eco capsule concept, loved it 🥰
