The property is deteriorated and run down. The room and value were great, but I was disappointed with the conditions of the property. Building looks bad and restaurant closed and used as storage, no apeal.

Quiet, cozy and comfortable, apartment with amenities. Raul and Raul Jr hosts were very nice and accommodating. This was a nice location in Joyuda, Cabo Rojo. Minutes away from many beaches and awesome restaurants. Would consider staying here again.

The property is beautiful. A lot of amazing trees and plants. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch. There is a pool which comes in handy to cool off on a hot summer day. Additionally our room was very clean which we were happy about. Understand this property is a hybrid between camping and hotel. You have electricity, running water, and a comfortable bed - but the inside ‘cabin’ is your bedroom only. Everything else is outside. Your small kitchen area is outside open to atmosphere. The bathroom was underneath our room (this is the case for the room we stayed in - there are different kinds of rooms there). I thought it was a really cool setup to be honest. The other thing that is cool about this place is all the little lizards running around. And at night the coqui’s come out and sing. Awesome to see for someone trying to experience them. Lastly, FYI - there is a gate to get into the property. You will need a code from the owner to get in.

Beautiful apartment in a great area. Very comfy , near the beach. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the apartment or area. Only thing not related that id recommed: If you'd like to travel the area, a small SUV would be best. We tried getting to a couple of beaches and the lighthouse near playa sucia and couldn't due to large potholes with fullsized car, but did see small SUVs made it through.

Very clean cabin right at El Poblado Boquerón. Even has a washer and dryer. 3 rooms with great A/C. Walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Weekends are lit, there is music and dancing everywhere. Also there was great communication with the host. I would totally recommend this unit.
