Charming premises, wonderful views, excellent restaurant - catering also for vegetarians. Amazing breakfast buffet! Staff very friendly and helpful, giving very excellent advice about food and wine choices. Enjoyed the massages offered in SPA facilities. Excellent location to visit Conimbriga roman villa site as well as the local museum on Romans, which is perfect for kids, but also has lot to offer for adults.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. She gave me fruit and snacks on arrival. It’s a bit off the Camino but worth the detour as it’s easy to get back on the path in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location. Silvia, our host welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed and remained available to oversee breakfast, answer any question and was generally very helpful. Rooms were lively, very comfortable, great views. Fantastic pool. Easy parking.

Everyone who’s works there is lovely, and attentive, so if you have any problems, they will get it sorted as soon as possible. We stayed for about a month and every Monday a cleaning lady came to clean the place top to bottom, which we hadn’t seen before. The neighbours are lovely, we miss them a little bit, and they are also there if you need anything. We ended up staying here during a record storm, and staying here was the one bit of sunshine during the grey and windy month. (Also the pumpkin jam is so good, it was eye opening).

Everything! Pretty exotic place, in a welcoming way, right on The Camino. The hőst was fantastic, really enthusiastic in ensuring your comfort. It has a little place in the back to relax, have a drink, make some coffee, warm up available food, like pizza. The hőst even went to a store to pick up soup and salad for me.
