We were absolutely amazed by everything. Quinta Dona Iria is the perfect place for a relaxed getaway. The staff is absolutely amazing, very welcoming and always with a smile and useful information for you to have the best stay. To be honest, the whole happiness withwhom we were received every single days made our days! The bedroom was spacious and super well clean, with a beautifully view over the pool and the mountains. All the products and meals served at the restaurant were absolutely high quality, and the wine and olive oil produced at the farm were delicious! There's parking inside the accomodation, which is also perfectly located a few minutes drive to Coimbra City Centre. One of the best places I've been in Portugal, definitely to return one day and definitely the one you can recommend to your friends without hesitation!

Very nice, comfortable and cosy flat. What makes it perfect is the staff, from the owner Ami (who could teach hospitality to everyone) to Ilidia, who is sweet, loving and helpful. The rest is done by the total silence, for those seeking relaxation, fruit trees and aromatic herbs, for scents and flavours and a starry sky, when the weather is clear, which can be seen in few places in the world. Highly recommended +++

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hostel. It feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hostel if you reserve a private room. The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and breakfast was quite satisfying! The owners were also so thoughtful and kind, and take amazing care of the property! Even though it was a little rainy, the hiking nearby was really pretty, and it’s easy to hike or drive to explore a few of the schist villages from Lousã. We’d be thrilled to return!!
