Very well equipped kitchen. Own garage parking with a lift to second floor apartment. Supermarket and some restaurants also on the beach very near. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best apartment we have had.

This place was absolutely great. The staff is really great.
This place was absolutely great. The staff is really great. There are awesome little design features all over the place. We were in room 8. it is a little constrained but everything is super well organized. The service area has everything you need. The breakfast are super. The fresh fruits are great local produce. The awesome breads for breakfast are made fresh in the great bakery across the street every morning are unique local products that taste really good. Their morning orange juice has some really neat healthy twists with carrot and saffron that need to be tasted and enjoyed. This place needs to be tried. There is a common service area on the first floor with a refrigerator, microwave, and equipment to make coffee and tea. There are lots of great restaurants and places to get crapes, and sweets and food in shacks on the street.
The sunsets are so cool on the beach that is 20 meters around the corner.

There was a Nobe place on the plaza with the lighthouse that had unique and awesome food.
There were so many great things here
Park the car and go everywhere on foot. The beach, the boardwalk, the restaurants, the great places to enjoy the sunsets, the little shacks on the street with sweets and snacks are all reachable on foot.
Enjoy the Portuguese food and especially the wines wherever you go.

Praia da Barra beach is nice for walk and enjoy the sunset, breeze walk with lot of amenities.
It is good for evening halfday trip to enjoy the beach if you stay in Aveiro town.
There is a bus 'Costa Nova' - 2.45e to get there from Aveiro bus station which is very convenient and easy accessible.
Highly recommended if you have extra time in Aveiro.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. The entire place was spotless – you can tell they truly care about keeping everything super clean and comfortable. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! It was fresh, generous, and a perfect start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Everything is about expectations. For a 3 or 2 star hotel what they are offer is excellent. The breakfast is very good and the room confortable and large. The location is wonderful right near the sea and at the end of ria de aveiro.
