Top notch! 20 out of 10! A paradise on earth. An absolutely stunning place - both inside and outside. The interior has a perfect combination of natural materials and well-chosen details. We lived in an apartment with a kitchen, where part of the kitchen was inside and part outside, so there was a nice connection between the inside and the outside. The same magic occurred with the wooden floors inside, which continued in the wooden deck outside. The environment is extremely calming in the middle of a vineyard with the mountains and the music of the church bells in the background. There is a lovely pool nicely connected to the wooden deck with sun loungers. In the middle of the vineyard there is a jacuzzi as well as seating and fire baskets. All this together creates a very warm and cozy feeling. The location is close to the nice town of Ponte de Lima or hiking in the area. Coming to this place after a day's excursion was like coming home - so peaceful. The staff is amazing - nice and helpful! This place has my absolute warmest recommendations!!!

We stayed for 3 nights in the end of April 2026. Stayed in a double room by the garden. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The garden is great for relaxing and listening to the various birds. We got into the pool which was a nice temperature. The breakfast has a very good selection. There is a common kitchen area which was great for heating up all the leftovers we got at restaurants (The portions in the north of Portugal are huge). We rented bikes at the hotel and went by the river into Ponte de Lima, gorgeous views, highly recommend you do it although be warned the bikes are not very comfortable
