Staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. Sea view from the room is amazing, there is balcony. Everything is clean, there are warm blankets in the wardrobe. Breakfast is good, you have a choice. Location is very good, nice small village, please don’t hesitate to feed stray animals you can buy pet food in the local supermarket nearby.

This is a very nice structure, pretty new, with large common spaces, a nice swimming pool and a very nice external area. The breakfast room is equipped for large numbers, but the level of the food is of very high quality and variety. The room is large, comfortable, silent, very clean and new.

Very attentative staff, location fantastic and breakfast delicious. Everything was clean and we felt like we had a royal treatment at this magic place. Highly recommend!

Quiet place in the mountains.

The hotel was very clean, and the beds were super comfy, which made for a great stay. Its location near Machico beach was really handy — perfect for quick and easy beach access

Nice people running the hotel. Very flexible and replied to all my requests positively, including refund of two nights after having changed the dates even if it was non refundable already. Simple, but clean room. Also, quite spacious. Close to the both beaches. Thanks for the stay!

Put 10 out of 10 because of price vs quality. The hotel is old, but very clean. You even have a special shower to wash your tracking shoes before the entrance. Good restaurants nearby because it is located in the center of Santana. Was in love with the ability of geraniums as they are especially beautiful in Santana region (they normally grow up to a height of 500 meters from the ocean).

It was a big room, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was included. The staff were cooperative. We also managed to find parking.

The view, sauna, staff exceptionally friendly, small surprise in the room before check out, great breakfast, outdoor pool, pizza highly recommended, rooms very nice equipped and cosy, free activities...:)

Everything. Where it was situated, close to the beach, the shops, restaurants. Excellent breakfast and entertainment. Staff were friendly and approachable. Rooms were large and airy. Beds very comfortable. High standard of cleanliness throughout.
