Excellent! A wonderful hotel right on the banks of the Douro River. The suits are comfortable and well equipped. We were looked after by the very friendly staff - Carla, Tamiä, Silvia and the kitchen staff. Always a smile and very helpful. The hotel has been designed in a very tastefully manner and with greatest love for detail. Just beautiful! The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of freshly prepared foods and is very beautifully decorated. The picnic basket is a must! A wonderful place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Amazing view, really special place indeed, really nice pools for both kids & adults, water is warm. We also liked fresh food (good options for kids as well). The staff friendly (even though not all are willing to speak english). The room was perfect with additional sofa for 2 kids. Also we liked parking place very much.
