The hotel is new and it exceeded our expectations, even starting with the lobby and restaurant. The rooms and bathrooms are big and well designed and they come with a big balcony with a view. The beds, linen, pillows and towels are of an exceptional quality. The hotel is near the main road but it was really quiet at night. The pool area is nice and quiet. They also have a large outdoor pool but we didn’t get to try it because of the weather. The staff were really nice to everyone, genuinely interested in our opinion and in meeting our needs as promptly as possible. There are more than enough parking spaces.

I liked the location and the staff. I liked that they have a treatment base in hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Nicoleta in the new building and we were very happy with this property ,as in a quiet location. Plenty of space for car park. Large room ,clean and all furniture new, I will give it 4 stars not only 3 stars, like other properties around. The hotel has a private pool and we were allowed to stay until late which made my husband a happy man, thank you. We hope to come again next year.

Good breakfast, with generous displayto choose from, plenty of hot drinks from the dispensers, coffee, tea, hot chocolate , also bottled water. Also, special commendations go to the medical and nursing team from the treatment centre, very professional and polite, we are already planning to return next year!

Nice place to spend a few days. Room was clean, confortable,but tv is too small. Breakfast was very good with a large diversity of food. The pool was very clean. The staff was very friendly and ready to help

The staff was pleasant, the pool was clean, it was not crowded. For the price paid, I couldn't expect anything more.

Good breakfast with fair amount of choices. Proximity to "Strand-Apollo" At checkout we forgot two cushions in room 103, we called back the very next day and the receptionist was very kind and promised to stash them till we come back next time.

The hotel facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff is characterized by a professional, high-quality and thorough service awareness. A perfect response was given to every inquiry. I would like to commend BIANCA who did everything in her power to make us feel good and provided a proper and immediate solution to every inquiry. A stay at the hotel is highly recommended.
