The breakfast was good and the location central to some nice area's of the city. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke English with no issues. The rooms were really nicely decorated and clean and modern. Really enjoyed staying at the hotel and was worth every penny.

A perfect experience. The location is great. The room and hotel is comfortable and modern. The staff are very attentive and helped us get a reservation at a nice restaurant (special thanks to Adriana!) on Christmas Eve. They even gave us a bag full of souvenirs, including their own custom chocolate and a tiny model of the hotel! Which we really appreciated.

Every little detail about the place is well suited for a comfy and relaxing stay. The room was spacious, the amenities were great and the staff was very friendly and to the point. The breakfast was very varied with a lot of very tasty treats such as: guacamole, hard cheese with caraway, quinoa green salad, several types of local cheese, jam packed pastries, choco cream, very good quality honey etc. Every morsal of food was above average quality. I highly recommend it. All in all, I had a really good time at this hotel. I am willing to bet you'll have a great one as well!

Great hosts, trying their best to accommodate us in the best possible way! The buffet breakfast was delicious, with good choices of vegetarian meals as well. The coffee was ok, not great. They were very kind to offer a hot chocolate to my kids, as we had only cold milk readily available. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows much better than the usual ones we find in hotels.
