Mora, Dalarna, Sweden. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited in October.

Mora, Dalarna, Sweden. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited in October. Before the snow. After the summer. Mora is an amazing place, for a dutchy it truly felt a little bit like a frontier. Endless forests, moose, badgers, beavers, otters... it's a nature lover's dream. Pretty Swedish cabins, beautiful landscapes, and everything my heart could desire. Of course, it's right in the heart of Middle-Sweden, so the autumn weather can be unpredictable, and temperatures drop quickly as winter approaches. But that's part of the experience, and something to keep in mind when planning a trip here. Mora has plenty of lovely places to go for dinner, supermarkets are easy to reach, and it really has everything you need. Being so close to vast stretches of wilderness is simply perfect. If you love nature, peaceful surroundings, and a little adventure, Mora is a wonderful place to visit.

A fantastic mix of great sceneries, sports and culture with...

A fantastic mix of great sceneries, sports and culture with time for shopping (both Dalahästar and clothes), beautiful visit of a fantastic nature less than 20 min away, great view from the Gesunda mountain (worth the effort walking uphill!) Boatride on the Siljan lake (and/or a swim) and a visit to the ice cream boat by the lake on a sunny day is a must...!
