The location seems to be in condition, although the weather was wet at the time of the visit. the hotel's main building is beautiful, the breakfast is good. Unfortunately, an error occurred during our visit that popped up handy! We thought we would stay in a hotel, but we got a room in a so-called campsite! It is also not as busy and crowded like the bruk hotel. We stayed in both hotels for one night each because of xc skiing and I would now choose Hotell Skommarsgården every time over the bruk hotel. The only thing missing is a sauna but you can also use the one at the bruk hotel for 40 SEK. The hotel’s location was ideal as you find various supermarkets and restaurants very close to the facility. The hotel has a large parking, good for large cars: it comes handy when one wants to go to mountains. We were really happy that we stayed at Norrgården instead of at a hotel in Högbo Bruk.
