A wonderful stay in a very comfortable and big room. Excellent sleeping. Great breakfast too. Walkable to town, so solves parking hassles.

Most beautiful ja cosy place. I can recommend to anyone. Place was peaceful

Nice lobby, free parking, delicious breakfast

Just as last time, it was a perfect stay. We appreciated the effort the staff made to decorate the restaurant and offer live music. To make up for not turning on the heat on one night, the staff offered us an electric radiator.

A very professional place: helpful and friendly staff, shuttle bus to the beach, excellent restaurant, the room had a working AC, beautiful seaview and all that you need.

We liked everything about this hotel. We booked late due to a change to our plans but it was perfect. Lovely room, facilities, and communal roof terrace overlooking the marina.

The hotel is located close to the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hotel staff are extremely nice. Rooms cleaned every day. The meals were very tasty. Parking for guests (5€ per day) in the garden, in the shade. Peace and quiet. Beautiful place.

Nice clean comfortable room, very good freshly prepared breakfast, friendly staff, good location with beautiful sea view!

excellent location and very kind people

The hotel room was stunning! Very beautiful and clean with a free parking lot. Breakfast was delicious and we could choose from the breakfast menu which had a great variety (similar to brunch cafés).

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — warm, attentive, and always ready to go above and beyond. One of the highlights was the stunning saltwater pool, which was not only huge but also incredibly relaxing and beautifully maintained. The views were simply breathtaking — an open, uninterrupted panorama of the sea that made every moment feel special. The food deserves a special mention — it was not just amazing, but truly exceptional. Every meal felt like a memorable experience, with incredible flavors and presentation. Overall, this was more than just a stay — it was a beautiful experience we will definitely remember and return to.

Top service, great room, friendly staff.

Dear Metropol Hotel Team, We would like to thank you for our stay in the Casa Rosa section 3-6 April. Our overall experience was positive, and we particularly appreciate the staff's approach to resolving the technical issue in the bathroom during our first night. We would like to commend the professional response of the hotel manager, Mr. Alem Angels. On the following day, he addressed the situation by moving us to room 2407, which offered a pleasant sea view and a lovely sunset. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. Additionally, we were satisfied with the selection and quality of the food in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed our stay, will be happy to recommend your hotel to our acquaintances, and look forward to visiting you again in the future.

Big and lovely room. Parking in the hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The young lady on reception when I arrived was fantastic. Lovely welcoming smile and so helpful. Explained about the facilities at the hotel and the area. Very clean and comfortable room.

Loved it. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. The manager was so polite and helpful. We really loved it here and we will definitely be back soon.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff is very kind and welcoming – especially Nikola, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He gave us excellent tips on what to see and do in Portorož, which really made our trip special. Highly recommended!

The location and the balcony view.

Very nice and clean Hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. It is great value for the price. We were pleasently surprised with the selection of food for breakfast. Plus the waiter at the bar was super nice when he handled we got different side dish for dinner that had to be done from scratch. We would definitely choose this hotel in the future again.
