The location, the staff and the room were super amazing .. thanks for everything 😀

For a solo traveler, the room was very good and bed very comfortable.

Clean, conveniently located, friendly staff

Great location and view and really good service from Daniel in particular.

very nice staff, booking with a possibility of having a pet with us in the city centre

Very centrally located. Clean cozy room. Very helpful staff.

Comfortable room, amazing breakfast! Very clean.

Excellent facility in a convenient and beautiful location. We visited the place for Christmas market and we could not choose a better place. Our experience with the reception, wellness and restaurant staff was very positive. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Can only recommend the place. Christmas market in Trencin is magnificent, not as overwhelmed with tourist like in the big cities, very relaxed atmosphere. Considering that you are in the city center, the offer of parking by hotel is also very good and convenient.

We enjoyed the wellness spa. The swimming pool was great. Staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Outdoor terrace was relaxing including the waterfall and plants. Balcony allowed a nice breeze into the room especially at night. The drying rack for clothes was a thoughtful touch. Rooms were cheerful and bright. Food was delicious and varied for breakfast every day. It included two coffee machines. Another thoughtful touch! The staff spoke English which really helped communicating with us. Laundry service was prompt and professionally done.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Looks amazing, lovely room, great breakfast, parking, swimming pool. Loved it.

Breakfast was good, not excellent, Parking facilities were quite small, but hotel was booked full for two days, so that explains why the lot was full for a couple of days. No restaurant in the hotel, just breakfast room, I missed the opportunity to eat at the hotel. Tidines of the room excellent.

Room was nice and large. Large windows with good coverings. The bathroom was a great layout. Shower was nice and hot with great water pressure

Very close to the pedestrian zone, pool and restaurants. Room was very clean, with a balcony, on a quiet street near the park. Nice bathroom; by the bed would prefer a little lamp for reading. Very nice and helpful staff. Will come again for sure🙂

The location was great, room was cozy, old, but very clean. Pool was fantastic, restaurant very nice and staff was pleasant.

This is clearly not a 3-star hotel. Everything is very old and worn out. The staircases are in poor condition and look unsafe and neglected. The entire hotel appears shabby and badly maintained. In addition, guests leave dirty shoes outside their room doors, which creates an untidy and unpleasant atmosphere. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property are far below what one would reasonably expect from a hotel of this category. We are very disappointed with our stay

amazing stay! located deep in the forest, beautiful nature, great food, friendly staff.. highly recommend Rozhledna Helena
