peaceful and my dog love its.

the staff were so nice ,even got a lift in to town from one off the staff to take me fishing, also had a lovely shop about 2 minutes away,

The staff at the hotel was excellent!!! Our wish was their command, if we asked for anything at all, they made it happen. The facilities were top notch! And there is a temple immediately behind the property. So every morning while eating breakfast we would hear the monks chanting.

Excellent value for money. Spacious and clean with a nice pool area. Good breakfast for the money and free transfer into town / from the airport a very welcome extra. The standout feature was just how welcoming and kind the hosts were. They create a really happy atmosphere.

This is a little piece of heaven . Comfortable bed, clean pool, kind and generous family that runs the place. 24/7 snacks, healthy options. Beautiful garden. Huge pool. Know that it's far from the city but grab comes fast . Good value for money.

Positive is the location near by small community mall and police station

Let me start off by saying this stay was truly one of the best and personalized stays I have had in Thailand. Before my stay, I was contacted by the hotel owner via the booking.com app (what I reserved my hotel room through) about three days before my reservation. I was thanked for my reservation and offered a ride to the hotel from my arrival point, however, since I was leaving from another hotel in Chiangmai, I did not need this service. I was also offered some tours at discounted rates which was very nice. There are cooking classes offered from a full day to half day classes. There are tours to Doi Suthep. Discounted Spa packages. Grand Canyon packages water park. Everything you could ever want. Fast forward to my arrival and I was greeted by Noy, the owner of the hotel. She is the KINDEST and SWEETEST person I have met! She immediately offered numerous things to do in the area such as visiting Chada Cafe (~a 4 min walk from the hotel) which I HIGHLY recommend, night markets, parks, spas, etc. You also receive a free/complimentary mango sticky rice when you arrive. One of my favorite things about this hotel was the fact that the TVs there have Netflix, YouTube, and prime video installed, unlike other hotels I have stayed at. The shower had excellent water pressure and water heaters. The rooms are extremely cozy and come with refrigerators. Fresh bananas were also offered that the hotel owner grows herself! And they were sooooooo good! I have also noticed that in Thailand, a lot of hotels (at least the ones I have stayed at) did not have a microwave to re-heat any leftover food I had. This was slightly annoying as I felt bad for having to continuously ask someone else to heat up my food, however I understand why this is. At one point I asked the owner if she could heat up my food and she did which I was thankful for. After, I asked if there was a place where I could heat my food myself and she offered to place a microwave in the common area.

The room is nice. Will stay here another night

Staff was pleasant and helpful

room was nice... bed was comfy

Very cool style, felt like North Africa

The staff was beyond our expectations. Great English, very professional, accommodating and caring. We had the opportunity to stay in one of the villas and the ambience was completely amazing. You can feel so in touch with the nature, the room was very spacious and clean, with a perfect AC, and fan which helps in case you find mosquitoes around, washroom was well maintained with good water pressure and luckily we had our own pool. You can find bicycles in the entrance that you can use to explore the area. There is a 7-eleven nearby, coffee shops, temples, and everything is no more than 10 minutes by bike. The Hotel offers an all day dining restaurant indoor and outdoor, a coffee shop and service by the pool if you feel to enjoy your afternoon swimming. All food is delicious and highly recommended. For the common areas, they offer a smoking designated area as it’s not allowed to do it inside the rooms. But the gem is the main pool, which is perfect for families as well. Goes from the .5m to 1.7m in the deepest side. It would be great to note that as it’s little bit far from the center it’s more recommended for people who is traveling with their own vehicles, however we were fine using Grab and prices were reasonable. We had an amazing experience. It’s been our best stay in Thailand so far. Our biggest appreciation to all the staff, you made us feel so special.

Very new hotel with beautiful design. Everything is well thought of.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel itself was a boutique hotel where each room is like a small apartment. It was very modern and clean. It has snacks and drinks in the lobby every day for you eat/drink that are complementary. You have to order your breakfast the night before, but it is a wonderful breakfast and they have it ready for you the next morning at your chosen time slot. What made this hotel exceptional was the staff. In particular, the front desk staff. They were always helpful and were able to assist us with our needs. I had a minor accident and they arranged for a driver to take us and pick us up from the hospital for free. They were willing to pick us up no matter how late we were going to be. In addition, they noticed that I was in pain while walking to breakfast and when I came back, they had a wheelchair waiting for me to assist me when I am at the hotel.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean.

Its the perfect business hotel with good beds

Overall is good value for money. Clean room with fit for purpose facilities. A little bit far from city center.

This is a wonderful place, more like a private home than a guesthouse. The main house is very big, and I stayed in the one bedroom villa that feels like a country to cottage. It’s absolutely charming and Ms Khun made the stay perfect, with fresh fruit and home grown mint tea.
