The pool, food and staff were amazing great location not to long from everywhere. Breakfast simple but very tasty.

The hotel staff are nice, patient, and take care of any request or question and the manager Tanya. She is so smart and intelligent. May you always be satisfied with her

I read a lot of bad reviews about this resort and was sceptical about booking here but I am 100% glad I did. I booked a 2 bedroom suit then moved into pool villa. Was an amazing experience in both room types I will definitely be booking here again. All boxes ticked from check in to check out.

Excellent Experience at a Beautiful Resort My stay at this resort was truly fantastic. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. After traveling around other islands for ten days, I returned here and was once again very well taken care of. I stayed in a spacious and very clean room with a large, soft bed and a nice bathroom. Everything was perfectly maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Every day there was a wide variety of options, with something different on offer each morning. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the coffee was especially good – a real highlight! The resort is located a bit away from Patong Beach, which allows for peace and quiet, far from the noise and crowds. This creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. Transportation is well organized: a free shuttle runs to Patong Beach every two hours. Alternatively, you can easily book a Grab, which is inexpensive and convenient. In short: a beautiful resort with excellent service, top-notch facilities, a wonderful breakfast, and a peaceful location. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Good location, great customer service and supportive staff

What I liked about this hotel is that it’s not right in the center of all the hectic activity of Phuket, so you can feel a bit of the ordinary, local life away from the beach and clubbing areas. The hotel provides a shuttle, so you can reach Patong for free in about 15-20 minutes, which was a very pleasant ride (scooters and Grab also worked perfectly). Our room was clean, and the bathroom was really spacious and nice. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked great.

The room were exactly like the pictures! so clean and everyday we got our towels refreshed and water too! they done a happy birthday decoration for the bed as asked (thank you) and the receptionists always said hello and the rest of the staff!

Room was good and also the swimming pool was clean.But the tiles in swimming pool were crack and needed little repairing.Also scooter rental was just besides the accommodation.Also theres a big mall just near it.overall a good stay .Can go for it.

If you want to stay in Phuket for a while this is the perfect place to stay. It was next to the central Phuket mall and only 45 min walk from Phuket old town. There is a great bus service close to it to so you can get to the beaches. It was super clean and very spacious.
