Loved this hotel. I was there playing a tennis tournament so it was awesome being able to stay on site. The tennis and gym facilities are outstanding. My room was beautifully presented and comfortable. Restaurant food is faultless.Nice pool. Staff were professional and always happy to help/store luggage etc. Will definitely be coming back here one day!

Friendly efficient staff. Well cleaned hotel and rooms. Good location for me at a reasonable price (I had to be near the HugMe animal hospital). If you're not driving, easy & cheap to get taxi's (I used Bolt) to Laguna area and to Robinsons shopping centre. Nice sports bar next door, again very friendly staff and great selection of drinks. Basic but clean gym which I used regularly and swimming pool which I didn't use. Haven't used the spa or restaurant either yet, but I'm back again soon for another week or so, so maybe I'll use them then!

The man at the front desk was the kindest. He even let me keep my one bag stored with him for a couple days while I went on a 6 day trip. If you're travelling from the bus terminal, this is a great place to spend a quick night.

Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel. I had a wonderful stay and felt relaxed throughout my visit. The food was excellent, and there were many activities available to keep guests entertained. The natural surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great value for money and absolutely worth the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Great all rounder cleaN and comfortable

We already came last year and without surprise it remains equal in quality. Welcome is really warm, food is good, coffee excellent and location quiet. I already highly recommended Pago Design to a good friend who should come this year.

Very helpful & friendly staff. She help me to book a motorcycle for rent. Property was superb!! Calm and clean.

Very lovely hotel with big rooms. Personel very frendly and helpful. Loved those cofee shops next door where you can take pictures and play with animals. Lion cubs, baby goats, capybara, owl and some other birds. On the street many places to eat.

It was very clean and spacious
