The room was large, comfortable and staying on the first floor made checking in and out very easy. The office staff Yuki spoke English well and she also speaks a small amount of Japanese. I didn't hear any noise at night and slept really well. This location is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the lake...super convenient.
