Hotel is new and clean. Room is compact and well-designed. Mattress is good, firm but not too firm. The usual amenities (wifi, hot water, aircon, fridge) are all good. No microwave or coffee. Those are in the first floor, along with snacks. Staff was efficient, though the digital checkin was slightly glitchy. Security is very good. There is ample parking. Hop Inn's motto is apparently "consistency" and this hotel holds to that standard. The area is good. There's a coffee shop five minutes away, and a really great noodle shop ten minutes away (walking)
