Great pool, the beach was close by and secure. Very clean room and lovely housekeeping staff Helpful staff. Beach towels available with daily switching options. Great buffet with diverse options and theme menus. Theme nights every evening after dinner and daily activities on the premises The hotel is decently sized, not too big that the beach seems far and not too small that it feels crowded. In the room, a decent sized wardrobe and a bathtub. We got upgraded to ocean view without requesting it. Separate toilets were a plus. The balcony was spacious too.

Superb! Excellent management. Extraordinary cuisine. Top notch customer service from check-in to check out. I also spent many hours in a wonderful spa...converting from cranky to calm and content. The price was unbelievable to my friends in NYC. Thanks to all!!

Everything was perfect. The service, the food, facilities... And of course the Staff

The staff everywhere were very friendly and accommodating (reception, baggage, housekeeping, and the restaurant…), especially the very smiley lady who prepared our omelettes every day; she was beyond amazing with her attitude, as were the leisure staff. Water was provided and always available. There was a mini-shop within the hotel. The private parking was shaded. The Wi‑Fi was very strong. The beach was very close. They have more than one swimming pool, a water park, and a play area for the kids. There is also a large, beautiful green garden area near the rooms, which adds a very relaxing atmosphere to the stay. We will definitely return there!

Everything was absolutely excellent. The hotel staff are smiley, kind and always ready to help. From the cleaning ladies thru the waiters and cooks to the receptionists, everyone did an incredible job, and made my stay wonderful. My bed was super comfortable, and thank to the blackout curtains I slept like a baby. The food selection is amazing. Really exceeded my expectations. The hotel is two minutes away from the Sidi Mahrez sandy beach with beautiful water. The sea from the hotel access is shallow, suitable for children or not so good swimmers, too. It was still warm and pleasant to be in (even in the middle of November). I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Thank you for all, hope to be back soon! Andrea

The hotel is so nice,clean,well maintained, the ambiance is exceptional, restaurant is so clean,there a lot varieties we are so happy.
