The hotel was just outside of town with a gorgeous view of the area. Parking was convenient and the rooms were spacious. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire time. They made sure that my family had everything we needed during our stay. We were worried about traveling with two young girls, but we're able to relax and enjoy our trip because we chose to stay at the Balsoy Mountain Hotel.

Quite a nice room, a bit smaller than others but for sure big enough. The bathroom was all-in-1, so no separated shower but that's not a problem. The staff was very helpful trying to figure out where the bus the next day was leaving! I think there's free tea in the lobby.
