Hotel room is well decorated and clean

Big room n bed. Breakfast enough choices. Staffs are friendly.

Location is good. And hotel is very new. Service is nice.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. They offer free breakfast and snacks from 1-5. The kids really enjoyed the pool and kid’s play area. It was close to the train station. I highly recommend it if you have a car or plan to taxi around because there isn’t much around the resort itself.

The staff were always ready to help, the location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and exactly as described in the booking.

The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast fantastic.

Great location as it was within walking distance of the beach and local sights. The breakfast was excellent, and the decor throughout the hotel and our room was lovely. We also enjoyed having a view of the water from our room. As we were traveling by bicycle, we appreciated having secure storage provided for our bikes during our stay.

Love the location! Very close to the transit terminal that will get you everywhere. Walking distance to two night markets and many local eateries. And the ocean is only a pleasant 15 minute walk away. The staff is excellent and most helpful. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty. Has a vegetarian section too. The rooms are on the small side, but we don't spend much time in it. The shower is great! Which is necessary after long days of walking/touring!!

It was just a basic hotel with no extras. Room was small. Location was good. Close to bus station which you can get a 1 day tour along the east coast which I highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel, we were so surprised at how nice and big the rooms were

Large room, comfortable bed, reasonable buffet breakfast, snacks and coffee always available. Good location. Free bikes to borrow.

Good value for the money. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Room was clean and redone each day. Able to see ocean from room. Staff helpful with luggage and getting a taxi. Location great.

Value was amazing. Two nights in a double room with large, comfortable, twin beds and a semi-private balcony was only about $100 US. The location - near downtown, several retail streets, and the beach, yet just a couple of blocks away from traffic and lights - was private enough while still providing easy access for more touristy stuff. Staff was very helpful. Rooms clean and the private bathroom modernly apportioned (no washlet though). Many TV channels provided - including CNN and a couple of movie channels with English titles. Would stay there again.

The freshly made bagels, breakfast items prepared early every morning, and the beautiful view of Taitung from the balcony on the 7th floor facing west.

Everything loved the large size rooms

Clean and comfortable. Great and friendly staff, especially the young man who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Definitely pick this if you like a mix of Japanese and Taiwanese culture. 9.5 score.

Clean spacious rooms. Restaurant provides breakfast, afternoon tea and night snacks at no extra charge.

I always struggle with the beds at hotels, but the bed here gave me one of the best nights of rest I’ve ever had.
