Beautiful property right at the beach very close to The Rock. Great location to do the blue lagoon boat trip and also to see the starfishes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was freshly made and in big portions for a very good price. The atmosphere is serene in this place, perfect for relaxing days.

Being right on the beach our room had the best views. Waking up to that was bliss. The service was excellent we felt like part of the family - not guests. The hotel organised everything we didn't have to think about what to do. Located on the quite side of the island.

Everything was excellent, from being greeted as we arrived to check in by Lilian, taken to a truly amazing room (one of the best rooms we have stayed in anywhere in the world), and then the food prepared by a great team led by Chef Suneel, who catered to my special food requirement superbly every day. All the staff were fantastic and made us feel like honored guests - special mention to Stephen, Benson, James and Samba a in the bars and Ezekiel and Neema for meals service as well as Lilian and Chef Suneel. Very professional team, very nice to see in a new hotel. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and constantly maintained. Pools and beach fantastic!

Very nice location with every room facing the sea and thus enjoying the gentle afternoon breeze. Very clean and well maintained. Nice interior design and supercomfy big bed. All topped by the Italian restaurant run by bruno and valeria. Fresh pasta and italian dishes draw on local ingredients. A perfect Christmas hideaway.

A lovely villa in a beautiful resort. Everything was clean from the private pool and the villa itself to the shared swimming pool. Employees of the resort were very friendly and helpful. There are two nearby restaurants who serve good food. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and might book again if we come to Zanzibar anytime in the future!

This place is a true hidden gem! The apartments are brand new, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully maintained. The grounds are beautifully cared for by the attentive and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The swimming pool is fantastic—so inviting that we spent half our time there, with the other half enjoying the pristine beach just a short stroll away. Elena, the wonderful property owner, made our stay unforgettable with her warm hospitality and invaluable assistance. The location at Pingwe Beach is unbeatable, offering a blend of tranquility and excitement. We loved exploring the amazing local restaurants and witnessing the stunning natural sandbar that emerges daily with the low tide. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel has a beautiful design, very friendly and calm environment. The stuff was very friendly, helpful and personal without being intrusive. Comfortable bed, very specious and often cleaned room. The restaurant at the hotel was very cozy with good choice of dishes. The blue lagoon is only 20 min walk, on the beautiful beach, away. The hotel arranges massages, which I took an opportunity of. It was a very good experience (obs! book before the sun is down to avoid mosquitos. )

Had a wonderful nights stay at this brand new hotel. The room was spacious, well decorated and very clean with air-con and a fan to help with the Zanzibarian heat. Breakfast was included in the price which was great; I had pancakes which were delicious. Staff were attentive and really friendly. Overall a very nice place to stay and I’d happily go again.

Very small hotel, only 5 rooms so quiet and relaxed. Beautiful view of the ocean on a very nice beach. And probably the best spot on the beach. Nice small pool to cool off in. Large rooms. Very safe and staff were great. Close proximity to two restaurants walkable from the beach worth visiting. The Rock (expensive) and Baladin (best option).
