Staff is great, breakfast is great.

Great property and great staff. Breakfast buffet starts at 7:30. We tried nearby cafe and restaurant and everything was top notch. Dolce Coffee maker in room. We will stay here again.

Clean room, all needed facilities, central heating and conditioner, not far from center and railway station, pleasant staff

Very good location, very close to railway station. Clean comfortable room. Amazing very helpful staff

Hotel looks adorable, room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service was great and fast👍close to train station and city center. Highly recommend 👌

Great place to stay overnight near Lviv train station. It's a very close taxi ride to/from the train station, quiet, clean, and has friendly staff. Just be aware that there are no lifts- you should be able to carry your luggage to the second or third floor. If nothing looks yammy in their menu, look for Perfetto - it is 5 5-minute walk and a 5-star 615 reviews eatery nearby. I went there - the food is great.

Crystal-clear room, tasty and varied breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, good location, parking included, friendly and polite staff

Great hotel, comfortable beds, beautiful city view. I recommend 👌

I was amazed that the staff could wait my arrival until 4 o'clock in the morning, as the queue on the border was long. It was cosy to sleep few hours in the morning and the person in the reception was very friendly and spoke well English.

I like almost everything, a clean room, a comfortable bed, and nice people in reception. In total - nice hotel. Breakfast was not included, but possible to order and it was cheap, super delicious, and big.

The staff wad able to accommodate me with a room with two beds for the price of one bed that I made reservations for.

The staff were very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was worthy of a Michelin star.

I enjoyed having a big room with a kitchen. The room is well decorated. Irena's portraits and statutes can be found scattered around in the building. :) It is also close to the train station. Also, I could speak Polish and it was fine. Also also, it is quiet there.

Everything was good and very good. Convenient location. Clean room. Great staff.

New and comfortable room furniture

I have stayed here before and would happily stay here again. The staff are lovely, close to the station.

Great location, especially if you're arriving in or departing from Lviv by train—the station is very close and convenient. The hotel is in a quiet residential area that is still developing, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and overall we had a very good stay.
