Hotel in College Park
Days Inn by Wyndham College Park offers high quality accommodations at value prices. The entire staff was very friendly and professional.
The person at the front desk was very professional and very helpful! I booked a room with a queen bed but the room he gave me was a full bed by most standard, he was very helpful and accommodating in switching me to a king seeing as their queen is more like a full. They can stand to do some renovations to the bath which had a lot of broken tiles, especially for the price. All in all my stay was good!
Adding more TV/Cable channels would help a lot. Beds and pillows can be a lot more firmer to make for a more comfortable nights sleep. Because of the pandemic, I do understand about the lack of toilet tissue, but the room definitely need to have an extra roll of toilet tissue. The few things I had an issue with should not be overlooked, however, my stay was very good for the purpose of the stay and I would definitely come back as well as suggest this hotel/location to others!!!
The location was super convenient and the beds were comfortable, but I could not recommend this place to anyone. It was dirty, staff was not helpful, and breakfast had very few choices and ran out of multiple items without being restocked.
A fire alarm started sounding at 7:55 am until 9am. It woke me and my partner up after having arrived the day before from a 6hour drive, super tired. We were not able to est breakfast due to the horrid noise and had to check out at 8;30 am because we couldn’t stand the noise any longer.
I like the area but highly recommend a stay at COMFORT SUITES..Never again will I attempt to stay with a bunch of I am better than you and your problem not mine ( after charging my card!) I went over to comfort suites and they not only gave me a free night due to Sheraton ordeal but helped make my stay with them wonderful!
The hotel wasn't as clean as I would have liked! The price for dogs is entirely to expensive! The staff that checked me in that night wasn't at counter, we waiting for 15 mins before someone helped us and then he gave me attitude when I questioned the charge regarding the pet fee! I booked that hotel because it said dogs stay free which was not the case when we checked in!
The other guests that were staying in the hotel. Interesting people.
It was convenient to shopping area and highways
