The beds were comfy, the breakfast was well laid out but the girl at the front desk was rude, her Instagram was more important to her than helping a non tech savvy customer. She said do this and this but didn't bother to try to help or answer a question, why pay good money to be treated rudely? My son helped me, which is more than I can say for her

Again the location was good because it was close to a lot of dining & amusement areas the room was a mess the floors were dirty the towels were dingy & there were no complimentary soap,lotion etc no breakfast of any kind. Just coffee

The rooms, grounds and facility were very neat and clean.

The rooms, grounds and facility were very neat and clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay as well. The staff was polite and very friendly and helpful except the lady that checked me in. She didn’t have the greatest attitude, everyone else was great.

Dumpy hotels everywhere that are unclean and overpriced needing major updates and cleanliness standards seemed to be lower than the county we are from. People out in public sick, hacking at restaurants not much seems to be sanitized.

The staff person at the front desk on 11/4 & 11/5, was great! I can't remember their name, but they worked a double on 11/4 and still came back with great customer service on 11/5. Kudos to them! They were lowkey the best part of the hotel.
